b. You have completed at least one course/module within the purchased membership.

2. Non-Eligibility After 14 Days

If more than 14 days have passed since the purchase date, you are not eligible for a refund under our standard policy.

Exceptions may be considered only in genuine cases, which must be explained clearly by email to support@anvayprabhulkar.com.

b. The exact transaction ID or payment reference number

Failure to provide these documents will result in automatic rejection of the refund request.

Refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 business days after the request and required documentation are successfully submitted.

All refunds will be made to the original mode of payment used at the time of purchase.

6. Grounds for Rejection

Refunds will be denied in the following cases:

a. The request is made after the 14-day period without a valid and verifiable reason.

b. The user has not completed even a single course/module from the purchased membership.

c. Incomplete or missing documentation (invoice or transaction ID).
